Step 1: Your application

To assess your existing language skills, here you’ll find our Spanish test, on the basis of which one of our language teachers will place you in the adequate course level. Additionally, we will need a scanned/digital application photo.

Step 2: Initiation of the search

As soon as all documents and the search initiation fee of 50 € have been received, we start processing and translating them as well as checking them for completeness and clarity. You find the bank details for the bank transfer at the bottom of the application form.
The fee for search initiation will, of course, be refunded if we are not able to offer you an internship/volunteering placement. However, thanks to our success rate of about 95 %, this is rarely the case.

Step 3: The search of the internship or volunteering

We are searching a suitable internship/volunteering placement for you on-site. For optimal positioning of the future intern/volunteer, we always look for new business partners and also use existing contacts. After about 8 weeks (in very urgent cases also clearly earlier) you receive an internship/volunteering offer that has been tailored according to your profile and your concrete expectations.

Step 4: Accepting the internship/volunteering placement

If you agree with our proposition, we prepare everything necessary, charge the organisational participation fee and reserve your language course and accommodation if required.

Step 5: Preparing your travel

We help you to prepare your travel. You check if you are sufficiently insured and mail us the certificates of your health-, liability- and accident insurance in the form of scanned documents together with a copy of your passport. As soon as you have booked your flight, you will notify us when you will arrive in Argentina!

Step 1: The inscription

Step 2: Your receipt

We reserve your Spanish course and your accommodation, if required. You get a application receipt with all the necessary data concerning the services you have ordered.

Step 3: Your travel preparations
We help you with any questions concerning your travel preparation. As soon as you have booked your flight, you let us know when you will arrive in Argentina!
