Our intensive Spanish courses have been designed specifically for foreign interns or volunteers. We know that just sitting through classes gets pretty boring after a while! That’s why our Spanish courses not only include conventional lessons in a classroom, but also provide "real life"- outdoor-training and conversation supplying you with invaluable field experience. The courses help you to get around in your new environment as well as to manage basic day-to-day situations.
Although our course concept feeds all four learning aspects (hearing, speaking, reading and writing) we focus on conversation-training to help you to dive into the Argentine life and to connect yourself with the world and people that surround you!

Size does matter!

We know that big groups significantly impair the efficiency of the learning process and decrease the quality of a language class. Therefore our groups consist of only 2-4 participants! This way the learning results are almost as outstanding as those achieved in Private Tutoring.

Who teaches?

Highly qualified teachers are essential to ensure fast advances in your Spanish course. NICE only cooperates with experienced teachers who have completed a university education and who are especially trained for teaching Spanish to foreigners. If you choose the “Full Immersion Program” you will enjoy having two teachers. This way we make sure that you won’t get too used to one person’s way of speaking.
Most teachers speak and understand English as well. However, our courses are predominantly taught in Spanish. That way, the new language skills are acquired in the fastest, most durable and most successful manner.

How long?

All of our courses are oriented towards our students´ individual needs. The duration of the course depends on your previous language skills and your personal aim.
If you want to get prepared for an Internship or Volunteering in Argentina our Spanish-test will give you an idea of how many weeks will be necessary. On average, beginners achieve the required level accomplishing a 6 week full immersion program.
If you want the course to prepare you for travelling, you will be able to make yourself understood and communicate basic needs, questions and information after a 2-week Spanish course. After a 3- or 4-week Spanish course, you will enjoy your travel even more because you will be able to chat with locals and get to know “their” South America.

Which Spanish?

The South American Spanish differs slightly from the European Spanish. These differences will be indicated and explained. The focus of the course is naturally on the Argentine way of speaking Spanish. This way we make sure that you will be well prepared to communicate with your flat mates and your colleagues at your internship or volunteering place.

Starting when? / How intensive?

Group courses of any level start on Monday of each week. If you want to take Private Tutoring lessons or form a group with some friends you can start any day of the week.
Classes will be held from Monday to Friday. The amount of classes differs according to the course you have chosen. One lesson lasts 45 minutes.

Certificate?

Of course you will receive a Spanish certificate at the end of the course!

As the course can be booked independently of an accommodation or an internship, 2-4 weeks in advance is sufficiently early.
